House SP

On 3. Juli 2021 by Daniel Gr├╝nkranz

The house SP is a small residence in a rural village. The form of the house evolves around the economic use of space while the particular roof shape follows the space requirements inside. The ground floor is designed as an open living space including the kitchen and the living areas. The ground floor is zoned by the stairs, which create a spatial division, and lowered floors into differently programmed areas. Part of the ceiling opens up to extend the space vertically and to reveal the dynamic flow of the roof line. The top floor contains the private rooms with an adjoined terrace. On the ground floor, a terrace is extending the living room into the garden.
